System designs the operation that has used the efficiency calculation ability to handle of resource and it in the rich flat of TMS320LF2407A DSP fully, carries out real time detection and control according to the operation machine without the brush of direct current; Based on DSP, digital type PID controller, through current regulator that regulates the occupying_space amplitude of PWM, adjusts inverter export voltage, realizes the control of motor rotational speed; With the photoelectric encoder and the incident management ware in DSP in coordination, realizes the measure of rotational speed for motor; With digital type temperature sensor, realizes the measure for motor winding temperature; Through OLED display, shows the winding temperature value and the rotational speed value of motor.
