Abstract
An alternative approach for enhancing the accuracy of numerical inversion of the Laplace transform is presented. A reinitialization technique based on the numerical inversion of the Laplace transform (NILT) is described. The method uses a stepping algorithm to reinitialize the reference time point for NILT within a distributed network environment to improve the simulation accuracy of distributed networks and systems with long transients
