Abstract :
A direct baseband to millimeter wave phase shift keyed modulator architecture together with some key performance metrics is presented. The transmit assembly is designed to cover an ultra wide bandwidth from 32-66 GHz. The modulator is capable of operating with up to 1 Gbps rate and can produce BPSK/QPSK and OQPSK modulation.
