Abstract :
This article discusses the guidance of the real estate development enterprise to optimize the development scheme by decision making tree analysis method and introduces the actual application of this method in the real estate development scheme optimization on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the decision making tree. It contains important directive significance for the real estate development enterprise to select the reasonable development scheme, elevate the enterprise profit and develop the scientific decision.
