Abstract :
Classical 3D measurement procedures based on photogrammetry causes systematic errors at strong curved surfaces or steps in surfaces. In this paper an alternative procedure is proposed. Instead of correlation of areas in the two images the grey values of single pixels are correlated following from several successively taken images. Thus it´s possible to get higher spatial resolution and to reduce the systematic errors at “problem surfaces”
