Abstract :
Abnormal optical contrast in spaceborn photos is used as a criterion for the purity of the atmospheric layer near the Earth. Software is created for the analysis of the spaceborn video information. The possibility of the creation of software for the purity control of the atmosphere is discussed, air-space monitoring of an industrial city being taken as an example
