Abstract :
The vibrating screen is the important industrial equipment that is used to sort and clean the granular materials. Screening results of the granular materials is directly affected by working state of vibrating screen. The detecting device that was used to detect working state of vibrating screen was developed with miniaturization, intelligence and high integrated level. Triaxial acceleration sensor MMA7260Q based on MEMS, new MC9S08AW60 produced by Freescale Semiconductor and intelligent data processing were applied to the device. X, Y, Z triaxial acceleration parameters of vibrating screen were simultaneously measured by the device. The device was made up of vibration detecting circuit, MCU, the acceleration signal filtering preprocessor and display on the upper computer. The device was applied to research and design of the new processing equipments about granular materials.
