Abstract :
As the use of wireless technologies increases, and as human lifestyle becomes increasingly dynamic and complex, service providers are facing not only the challenge of quality of service, but the challenge of quality of context as well. They have to switch from being service-oriented to context-oriented infrastructure. This means a network capable of being semantically interoperable and at the same time adapting the way it provides the service according to its customers´ context. Service providers must modify their interaction with customers from being based on service level agreement (SLA) to context level agreement (CLA). CLA enables service providers to be aware of their customers´ contexts and implicitly adapt their services to guarantee customers´ satisfaction. We propose an auto-reconflgurable highly customizable infrastructure (ARCructure). ARCructure supports the vision of context-oriented infrastructure through its ontology model for representing context and CLA, its fuzzy inference system for implicit adaptability and its management system for manipulating system information.
