Abstract :
We investigate the time-varying additive white Gaussian noise channel with imperfect side-information. In practical systems, the channel gain may be estimated from a probing signal and estimation errors cannot be avoided. The goal of this paper is to determine a power allocation that a priori incorporates statistical knowledge of the estimation error.
