Abstract :
The hydraulic pile driver fuselage rapid precision leveling is key factor to ensure the working efficiency and pile quality. To meet the both aims of fast raise-fall and high-precision leveling during working, based on the study of fuselage leveling movement, this paper carried out control method study of hydraulic pile driver fuselage automotive leveling and designed a parallel controller based on PLC electro-hydraulic valve and proportional directional valve.
