Abstract

This paper discusses an intelligent decision support system (IDSS) applied to the investment of real estate. The IDSS and corresponding software package can not only account the development cost of real estate, but also analyze the market´s condition and evaluate the development project through economical and risk analyses. A simulation experiment shows that the software package can assist the real estate investors to make quick, reasonable and scientific decision in the process of investment
