  • Abstract
    The sine-cosine resolver has reliable structure, good real-time performance and stable applicability. As the angle sensor for rotary system, it has been widely used in accurate and reliable control field. This paper analyses the working principle of sine-cosine resolver, and presents its mathematical model. The high reliable sine signal generator for the sine-cosine resolver is designed, and the resolver-to-digital-convert circuit is also given. This paper analyses a couple of typical fault of sine-cosine resolver, makes the simulation for the fault diagnosis used Mallat algorithm, and proposes the treatment processes. The experiment results verified that the signal processing circuit in this paper has higher accuracy and reliability.
