Abstract
The thesis puts forward a MMIC global design method combining the statistics experimental design and optimal method based on the orthogonal design´s MMIC design optimization. The method adopts multi-round orthogonal design and optimizing to make quick optimizing for many targets in overall parameter space through simulation design of representative limited group circuit´s frequency response in parameter space. The design method is characterized in independent of initial value and searches the global optimal solution quickly. It designs a MMIC broadband four-level distributed amplifier successfully and proves that the circuit design optimization method has high practical value.
