Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to help users to get information precisely and quickly on the Web. With the ontological computing support, an existing "cram-school" system provides users to search data by inputting the natural language instead of by form-based menu selections. An ontology provides a common language for sharing and reusing knowledge about phenomena in users\´ world of interest. The cram-school service system consists of the specific concepts and their inter-relationship. The methodology for establishing domain ontology is based on the "Delphi Approach" as a case study. Finally, this system has provided students and parents available information in better ways in terms of precision, recall, and natural language usage.
