Abstract :
This paper introduces a PCB test system based on the Virtual Instrument and Reconfigurable technology, which can quickly test and locate the circuit fault. The system involves the instruments based on PXI and GPIB, a testing signal generator based on reconfigurable CPLD, and fault diagnostic software based on database technique. The hardware and software of the system is reconfigurable, it can produce the input signals which are essential to the running PCB in the offline circumstance, while testing and saving the output signals of the PCB for the fault diagnostic. In practical use, the system works appropriately and meets the engineering demand.
