Abstract :
The H-N ratio in the synthetic ammonia is the most important parameter to increase the product yield which is an efficiency measure to keep the optimal production. The system of H-N ratio is a very large time delay system, which is difficult to be controlled. The paper presents a self-adaptive Dahlin control strategy based on a fuzzy control provided with an identifier to follow up the system model in an on-line way and adjust the Dahlin control parameters, thus achieving the intelligent control of the system. The aim of increase the output of synthetic ammonis is reached by adjusting the time distribution of gas making workshop.
