  • Abstract
    We have designed a nanometer THz probe based on a Planar Goubau Line (PGL). This probe is integrated in a Biological MicroElectroMechanical System (BioMEMS) for characterizing the molecular information transfer between the microfluidic environment and the membrane of a single cell.
