  • Abstract
    To be used in the research of radiation effect and rein force of radiation resistance for CCD, a camera based on a linear CCD chip-TH7814A is designed by us, which should exactly reflect sensitization of the CCD pixels in real time. In this paper, the basic architecture scheme of the linear CCD camera system is introduced, and the remote and real-time data acquisition based on CPLD, USB, and optic fiber transmitting technology is represented Mostly, the design and realization of the data acquisition circuit and the development of the software is explained respectively in detail Test show that the circuit and software developed in the paper run steadily, which insure the whole camera system present the sensitization of the CCD in real time and in distance.
