Abstract :
Face detection and identification has widespread applications, the paper Using the timer every 0.2 seconds to read video sequences from an image for face recognition. First, we use color information to create a skin color model, with basic knowledge of image processing for face localization and face image preprocessing, then Eigenfaces based on Statistical features and Neural Network are applied in Face Recognition. The experimental results show that the algorithm is successful and practical.
