Abstract :
Abstract-For the sake of avoiding no real time image during steel roe core conveyor inspection with Magnetic particle Testing technology and no way to eliminate variety of noise, this article introduces a new steel rope core inspection system with linear X-ray detection which can continuously inspect conveyor with real time image, in order to offer clearer and more direct radiative images of defect and joint to user, then further reasonable method can be adopted to avoid accident.
