Abstract :
The authors focus on BiCMOS circuits that provide improved performance for current-mode analog signal processing systems. Two BiCMOS current-mode circuits are described. A continuous-time integrator for filtering applications is presented and a high-gain current-mode operational amplifier for wideband signal conditioning is introduced. Each of these basic building blocks has many potential applications in high-performance analog signal processing systems. Both circuits achieve high frequency operation with low power consumption
