Abstract :
To diagnosis and compare the thenar signals during movement for the palm functional injury. the diagnosis system is conducted with a simple self-constructing myo-electricity measure meter. Laptop-based software analyzed the degree of muscle power and fatigue during exercise, and compared the difference and variation between both hands. a graphical presentation of the measurement helps the patients to recognize the progress immediately after each physical therapy. the analysis results may provide the therapist to design an individual rehabilitation program for treatment. as the results, this study was not only to provide a convenient real-time evaluation for the patients with hand injury, but also can improve the outcome of rehabilitation.
