Abstract :
Production control for multi-products line requires the automatic equipment has an ability of "self-adaption", that is, it can change its control program according to different work pieces. This paper introduces a production control system using the RFID technology to distinguish different type work pieces, with the PLC and DNC system can make the automatic work cells to auto-change its working processes according to the work piece. By the RFID label to record the production data, this system also can accomplish the data acquisition task. An application of this system is introduced in the final of this paper. This system can be used in machining line or assembly line for multi-products.
