Abstract :
This paper introduces the dual-port RAM IDT7007 in the bulit-in PLC system. lt describes the basic structure and the hardware block diagram of the built-in PLC. Also it explains the working principle, the solution to the competition problem and the interface circuit of the dual-port RAM IDT7007.By using the dual-port RAM IDT7007 of data exchange of program of the SCM, it shows that the using of the dual-port RAM IDT7007 can simplify the circuit greatly and guarantee the reliability of the two-mechine system.
