Abstract
A robust information hiding scheme for color image is proposed in this paper. Using the property of color image that pixels have more elasticity of adjustment, the several copies of secret information are embedded into the blue plane of a color image by encoding numerical interval. The fragile watermarking scheme is employed to perform tampered area detection in order to extract the secret information from the non-tampered areas. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can not only extract secret information from a tampered color image but also restore the secret information when the stego color image had been brightened, sharpened, and part of JPEG compressed process.
