Abstract :
Estimation of disease incidence is an important part of predicting and preventing the infectious disease in epidemic dynamics model. This thesis researched the application of a nonlinear observer in the SEIR epidemic dynamics model with latent period, made use of nonlinear observer to estimate epidemic incidence and infection rate coefficient and then proved the theoretical results by numerical simulations.
