Abstract :
The stable control for sintering burn-through point is the important condition that assuring sintering machine run highly active, increasing the yield and quality of sintering ore. For the aim of control independently for sintering burn-through point, build the control system architecture suited to sintering machine. The control object of sintering burn-through point is resolved into control task, control behavior and control action stepwise, based on finite-state machine principle. Collect environment information of sintering, as transition drive event or condition between every state, achieve the control object of stable sintering burn-through point autonomy.
