Abstract :
Both the Hebb rule and the role of inhibitory cells cause the plastic flow of synapse conductivity distribution. In this flow there is a character to minimize the memory size for the memorization of a given number of patterns. This is very important for obtaining a high intelligence level and to make a knowledge structure.
