Abstract :
The integrated administrative system of the real estate has been developed based on GIS. Depend on the spatial inquiry and analysis that GIS has, the new system covers the functions: management and decision of the real estate development, real estate business, real estate agency, estate management and so on. Moreover the present information of real estate industry can be reflected and offered speedily, timely and dynamic. As a scientific, intelligent and visible management tool the new system has been given for pertinent administrative departments to meet the real estate administration needs. The real estate management will move to higher levels of efficiency and productivity by the new system.
