Abstract :
In this work we report the growth of hexagonal MgxZn 1-xO for x < 0.3 and cubic for x > 0.45 composition on lattice matched substrates. The substrates are chosen in such a way that they match the lattice structure of MgxZn1-xO for hexagonal and cubic phases
