Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Students are the most important base why universities can be existed. How to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the management of student affairs is a crucial problem of every university and knowledge sharing is the key part of this problem. The comparing with DUT (Dalian University of Technology) and IIT (Illinois Institute of Technology) in knowledge sharing about student affairs management shows that knowledge sharing is necessary in student affairs management. Based on the comparison about the management of recruit students, student activities and student graduation between DUT and IIT, some suggestions of knowledge sharing about student affairs management are proposed to both DUT and IIT.
