Abstract :
[Summary form only given] The system of differential equations describing the bending of a long rectangular multilayered plate caused by temperature change is derived. The solution of the system allows to determine bending, strain, mechanical stress in the plate. The exact solutions are obtained for the cases of free rigidly clamped and of freely supported plates.
