Abstract :
This paper presents that how to use the finite element magnetic field analysis software Ansoft 2D and optimization method to optimize the part´s shape, size, relative position and the permanent magnet´s size, position of a new-type self-holding electromagnet. According to the structure of optimized magnetic circuit and characteristics of domestic lacquered wire ,the optimizing method of the coil and magnetic material are introduced .Based on the results of FEM analysis ,the composing of optimizing magnetic circuit are introduced .
