After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The idea of educational equity has a long history. With the society developing many problems about educational equity has come out. But whenever it is people need educational equity especially for the harmonious society. About the concept of educational equity, different scholar has different idea. Taking one with another educational equity includes three parts: equality of educational opportunity, equality of educational process, and equity of educational results. Nowadays, educational informatization has brought education into a new development. It impact on the educational equity, not only promote the realization of the educational equity, but also brought new problems to it. It leads the education into the new unfair. This paper mostly analyzes the impact of educational equity under the educational informatization and puts forward many ideas to achieve a better educational equity.
