Abstract :
A real time test bench for the PEM fuel cell engine is introduced in this paper. Based on the virtual instrument technology, all the measurement and control tasks are downloaded into the PXI-based system controller (PXI-8110), which are scheduled by Lab VIEW RTOS (Real Time Operating System) and then executed in the manner of real time. This paper first introduced the theory of fuel cell and structure of typical fuel cell system, and then give a presentation of fuel cell test system build by Tongji University, including the hardware config and test software.
