Affected by the global financial turmoil and the dynamic macro-economic,the commercial banks in China are confronting serious challenges. In order to address the challenges, this article analyze the way to transform the commercial banks to be management excellent companies and then propose a performance system centralized with the balanced scorecard and business intelligence to help build the commercial banks to be smart, agile, aligned and lean.
