Abstract :
In work the problem of a choice of a modulating signal for formation of a handicap with the necessary form of a spectrum is examined. The existing ways of protection are based on formation of a handicap, which spectrum - continuous. For reduction of expenses and increase of efficiency it is offered to form streaky a spectrum.
