Abstract :
In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of Matlab and Java, the advantages of using the Matlab interface and Java application in the area of programmers is apparent. After the introduction of the operation mechanism of Matlab engine and its related functions, we have made a harmonious connection between Matlab engine and the use of Java in image and data processing, which maximizes the strengths of Matlab in data processing as well as in the thread and interface of java.
