            Abstract : 
The article studies the method integrated with the experts opinions in the group decision-making, builtng up an optimal searching mechanism base on Delphi method, deriving an optimal model integrated with opinions of experts base on partical swarm optimization, gaining a consistent and believable conclusion with the help of the computer information processing ability.
