The Research of the Micro-transmitter Feed-Forward Power Amplifier Based on the ADS

Abstract :
The feed-forward power amplifier is a current, a high linearity and high-power amplifier in communication systems. By analyzing the principle of the feed-forward power amplifier, the feedforward amplifiers was designed based on ADS. The results show that reasonable setting parameters can improve the feed-forward amplifier linearity; the amplifier efficiency will be improved when the main amplifier work on 1 dB compression point; the distortion characteristics is improve more (47 dBm output improvements over 60 dB) when output power is closed to 47 dBm.
