Study on Integrated and Controlling Management Information System of Construction Enterprise Groups

The construction engineering projects contracted by the construction enterprise groups are large, complex and dispersed in many zones; and there are many participators in it and coordination problems for it are prominent. Therefore, integrated and control management information system of construction engineering project enterprises groups (ICMISCPEG) has being used increasingly. The concept of ICMISCPEG is firstly analyzed, and then its establishment is expounded from data planning and system framework designing. As a case of CCCC (China Communications Construction Company Ltd) Second Harbour Engineering Company Ltd is studied, approves that ICMISCPEG is an effective methods for the construction enterprises groups to decide, plan, implement and control coordinately.
