Currently, domestic and foreign financial institutions are concentrating on a particular city. It cause the financial industry highly concentrated. And financial concentration plays an important role on regional economic growth. Space gathering has become the trend of financial services development. And financial concentration is playing an important role on regional economic growth. By constructing the VAR Model, This paper did a coninertration analysis on the Yangtze River Delta date of deposit & loan amount, Securities transactions value, Premium income and GDP during 1991 to 2007. We find there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among financial Aggregation and Shanghai economic growth. And the financial aggregation in Shanghai is also affect the economic growth of Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province.
