  • Abstract
    The mathematical communication channel model on the basis of the theory of indistinct sets is considered in the paper which functions in system of monitoring and diagnostics of a telecommunication network elements conditions. Analytical expressions to estimate communication channel conditions with help non-statistical methods are obtained.
