Abstract :
The behavior of own Q-factor and own frequencies of first two fluctuations fashions of the half-wave strip resonator on the suspended substrate from its dielectric permeability and resonator design are investigated. Opportunities of achievement in it of simultaneously extremely high Q-factor and the maximal distinction of the first and second resonances frequencies are shown.
