Abstract :
A compact chip antenna for integrated 2.45GHz band applications by multilayered low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is presented. The antenna is composed of four substrate ( with a relative permittivity of 5.9 ) layers , with a parasitic patch to reduce the dimensions , occupies a compact size of 3×1.5×0.4 mm3 only. The simulated results show that the proposed antenna, has a bandwidth of 100MHZ (2400-2500MHz, VSWR<;2:1) and a maximum gain of 2.0 dBi.
