Abstract :
During the operation of the bridge, various damages may occur and lead to the reduction of its bearing capability and durability inevitably. In order to detect the damage extent of the steel cable stayed bridge in Anqing, in this article, a numerical model was first conducted using AN SYS software to simulate the presented bridge, and then dynamic diagnose analysis on Anqing bridge was carried out. Furthermore, the correlation between damage index and bridge damage extent was analyzed in details. On the basis of research above, some remarkable conclusions are acquired for the online damages identification to steel cable stayed bridge, which provide helpful reference information for the health monitoring of the similar bridges.
