Starting from the present theory of CRM and bonding city commercial banks´ own features, this article discusses the application steps of CRM in city commercial banks. With the reference to the implementing process of information technology, this article puts forward the implementation scheme of CRM in city commercial banks can be divided into nine basic composing steps.
