Abstract :
Hydraulic support is a key equipment of synthesis mechanization caving coal and safe production in modernization coal mine. This paper took ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic support as an example. According to national standard, structure statics analysis and transient dynamics analysis of the type hydraulic support strength test were preceded under base torsion I working condition by ANSYS software. The relevant total displacement distribution rule and equivalent stress distribution rule of the type hydraulic support prototype were found. The relevant change rules of equivalent stress, equivalent strain, remain stress and remains strain along with time were analyzed. This provides an effective research way on enhancing strength and load bearing capability of hydraulic support.
