Abstract :
The paper uses reference software RM52J provided by AVS Workgroup as primitive AVS encoder. By transplanting, code-optimizing, structure-optimizing and algorithm-optimizing on the hardware platform based on TMS320DM6447T, it can realize AVS real-time coding of one-road D4 format HD video signals on the premise of assuring image infidelity degree and rate performance.
