Abstract
There are many well-known materials used in constructions, mechanical engineering, etc. which contains some periodical cavities and inclusions (e.g. sphere plastics). In computations of this type one should know effective (averaged) characteristics of these materials. Stiff characteristics of equivalent homogeneous materials must good approximate such heterogeneous material properties. There are sufficient set of papers devoted to this problem the most extensively studied for two-dimensional bodies (2D stress state and 2D strain state). In present paper the method of effective characteristics determination for three-dimensional medium containing doubly periodic system of parallel cylindrical cavities is proposed.
